If the light is a T5 integrated tube, the lamp distance is generally 150~180mm, and the distance between the lamp and the resin board is 150-160mm.

If it is LED, we should pay attention to the spacing, in order to avoid the shadow of the light, the spacing of the LED strip is generally less than the thickness of the light box board, and the spacing can also be adjusted according to the acceptable range of the customer. However, no matter what kind of lamp, when the light has a black shadow, it can only increase the density of the lamp or increase the distance between the lamp and the lamp panel.

The base plate needs a white background, the wall is higher than the height of the board, the upper and lower grooves should be spliced or straightened, and the left and right plate splicing should be fixed, such as the back strip, the front stainless steel shield, or directly fixed (according to the customer's demand for the effect deepening) but no matter which kind of splicing, there are joints, slightly larger wall panel thickness generally needs to be greater than 12mm.

Directly against the wall

It can be directly pasted with a thickness of 5mm, directly on the back of the glue, glass glue + hot melt glue. Joints look at customer demand processing, some customers add stainless steel at the seams, some customers fight straight, and the chamfer at the edge of the plate shows a seam when the straight joint, which can also prevent the error of the base layer and the flatness of the plate from causing the height difference of the seam and the pattern pattern splicing error to affect the appearance.
