Bend

The corners are machined using the bending technique. Heat the board in a straight line at one point and bend it at an angle.

Cold-formed forming

Bform panels can be shaped mechanically by cold work and stabilized with some structural support, e.g. with a door frame system.

Vacuum forming

Using a metal mold, the Bform plate is heated under vacuum to form it. It is a high-precision forming process.
